Over her career, Elizabeth Walker has tried to verdict over 100 civil jury trials and has reported decisions in both Maryland and Washington, D.C. Her primary focus is defending health care providers, including physicians, nurses, dentists, therapists, and long-term care providers. Elizabeth also handles individual and corporate matters, including catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death actions, homeowner's claims, commercial liability action, construction litigation, and general business litigation.

While his primary practice area still focuses on defending health care providers and long-term care facilities, he also works with clients involved in business, commercial, and personal injury litigation.

Stephen D. Nelson
Scott is a member of the Insurance Defense, Professional Malpractice, and Personal Injury practice groups, and he works primarily in the areas of civil litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, construction litigation,
commercial litigation, toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice, including dental and nursing home malpractice. Scott has either handled or assisted in the handling of hundreds of cases for individual, institutional and commercial clients, including numerous jury and bench trials, administrative and arbitration hearings, and appellate proceedings in the State and Federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Scott has also served on a number of professional committees, boards and associations, and Scott is very active in a variety of civic programs indicative of his commitment to public service, legal assistance, education, professionalism and civility in the practice of law.
